One workspace, one parameter model. GB merges TACO (the guitar designer / CAD workbench) and PASTA (the parametric acoustic delta engine) into a single page where you shape a build (TARGET) against a reference instrument (BASE) on the same ~110 parameters.

How it works

Presets — load either side from the recovered original preset library (Strat '54, Tele '52, LP '59, ES-335, P-Bass '62, dreadnought, classical, …). Presets just set parameters; there is no guitar/bass/electric/acoustic mode — a 34" scale is a bass, bracing and a chamber make it acoustic.
INSPECT / EDIT — every parameter A·B side by side with honest provenance badges (simulated vs estimate-only), per-subsystem editors, and a ⌘P jump palette.
BUILD — the builder as acoustic consequence: mass, balance, neck-load and structural-tendency readouts, manufacturing warnings, the derived 2D working drawing, and STEP/STL CAD export — all derived live from the same parameters.
RUN — the physics engine computes the base→target delta (brightness, output, sustain, with their drivers and sensitivity); upload a dry clip to hear the change applied to real audio.

The design object is a derived artifact, never a second source of truth — parameters set anywhere are preserved everywhere by construction.
