A social cooperative doesn't exist to turn a profit, yet running one carries a surprisingly heavy operational load — much the same disclosure, compliance and paperwork burden as any organization, without a profit motive behind it. COOP started as an attempt to build a tool that lightens exactly that load: a knowledge base for actually running a Korean social cooperative — 설립부터 운영·공시·해산까지. The hard part of that work is not writing documents; it is knowing which rule currently applies, and noticing when it changes.
This is still very early: the project is at the data-collection stage, gathering and organizing the source material everything else is built on.
사회적 협동조합은 이윤을 목적으로 하지 않지만, 그에 비해 운영에 드는 로드가 상당히 큽니다. 그 부담을 덜어 줄 도구를 만들어 보려고 시작한 프로젝트입니다. 아직 매우 초기 단계로, 지금은 기반이 되는 자료를 모으는 데이터 수집 단계에 있습니다.
원칙이 분명합니다. 공식 1차 출처와 검증된 실무 자료를 구분해 저장합니다. AI는 초안 도구일 뿐이고 최종 반영은 사람이 검토합니다. 자료별로 AI 전송 허용이 꺼져 있으면 외부 API로 보내지 않습니다. 시행 예정 자료는 현재 적용 규칙과 분리해 검색합니다. 원본 자료는 덮어쓰지 않고 변경은 언제나 후보로 쌓입니다.
규제와 행정이 얽힌 일에서 가장 위험한 실패는 틀린 답이 아니라 출처를 알 수 없는 답이기 때문에, 근거를 남기는 쪽으로 설계했습니다.
