simpl-agent — Local-First AI Orchestrator

simpl-agent is a local-first AI agent and orchestrator — the brain of the stack. Rather than folding everything into one monolith, it connects to specialist providers as capabilities: the CSB twin for simulation, RAPL for regulatory retrieval. The agent does the reasoning; the providers stay independent and swappable. It is local-first by design, so sensitive work stays on your own machine.
